Nondiscrimination Policy

Complaint Investigation

The Office of Institutional Equity investigates alleged discrimination (all forms listed in our nondiscrimination policy) involving faculty, staff and students, including all complaints of alleged sexual misconduct. Sexual Misconduct is unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that is committed without valid consent. It includes: sexual assault, sexual harassment, and other forms of sexual and gender-based discrimination.
