These can be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1_6jwen_PlTnNxwr_D86E2oFSzKz3ypNd?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">P&amp;C Academic contracts shared drive<\/a>. The templates in this folder are kept current. For validity of the agreement, all required information in the templates need to be completed such as contact persons, signature, dates, and names.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the other party requests edits, has their own template, or you would like to make changes to or create a new template, contact <a href=\"https:\/\/directory.umflint.edu\/financial-services-budget\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Contract Administrator at FSB<\/a> to facilitate the OGC review and approval.
