Emergency & Missing Person Contact Information

We are asking you to take a moment to review the emergency contact information in your SIS account and to fill out a missing person information form.
To do so,
1. Go sign into your SIS account, click on the Personal information tab
2. Click on View/Update Address and Phone(s). Once you click on this link it will allow you to review/update emergency contact information.  You may update your emergency contact information through this link.
3. Complete the missing person form by clicking on Missing Person Information by clicking the link Missing Person Form.
The University requires that each resident complete their emergency contact and missing person information.  This information may be the same; however, we still need you to complete each.
