This requirement is met when students engage in several experiential learning opportunities. These experiences can include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Internships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.umflint.edu\/career-services\/fairs\/\">Career fairs<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conferences and workshops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Networking events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Panel discussions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student organization leadership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chamber of commerce <a href=\"https:\/\/members.flintandgeneseechamber.org\/events\/calendar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">luncheons<\/a> (keyword \u201cluncheon\u201d) and other networking events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Students can earn more than pay from internships. They can also earn 3 credit hours and a $200 scholarship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To qualify, students must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be juniors or seniors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive wages (i.e., not volunteer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enroll in BUS 394.
