It has come to our attention that certain web browsers may prevent a page within the payment suite from loading. Most, if not all, of these issues were resolved by following the directions below:

  1. Check your web browser.  If you're using Internet Explorer 8 you may need to click the compatibility button next to the address tool bar on the page prior that does not load to allow the site to accurately work.  Click here for a look at where the compatibility button is located.
  2. If you have an older version of internet explorer, we suggest downloading the free upgrade to Internet Explorer by following the link below and then go back to Step 1 and use the compatibility button if needed.
