Accounts<\/li><\/ol><\/nav>\n\n\n<p>The Office of Cashiers\/Student Accounts manages student account billing and collection at the University of Michigan-Flint. Our experienced staff provides services to facilitate campus faculty, staff, and students&#8217; understanding of university policies and procedures, financial analysis, fiscal controls, budgeting, purchasing, collection, custody, and release of campus funds. Many resources are available to assist you with managing and understanding your student bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-secondary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-secondary-background-color has-background mt-5 mb-5\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color\">Family Educational Rights &amp; Privacy Act<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Always have your UMID number available when coming to or calling the Cashiers\/Student Accounts Office for assistance or information.<br><br>The Family Educational Rights &amp; Privacy Act allows for disclosure of student information with prior consent.<br><br>If you would like to give authorization to a parent or spouse, you may do so by emailing <a href=\"mailto:flint.cashiers@umich.edu\">flint.cashiers@umich.edu<\/a> to request form. The tax form is only available electronically this year.
