In order to provide transparency, consistency and efficiency in the Space Planning process, the University has established processes and guidelines. These were established in collaboration with the Office of the Provost, with input from the Administrative Services Advisory Committee.

All projects estimated at $1 million or higher require Board of Regents' approval. Three separate Regents approvals may be necessary, which could take 90 days. These Regents Action Items are listed on the AEC website. Once on the AEC website, click the letter "F" for Flint campus buildings.
