This is a guideline. It is open to ideas from the children and is set up to promote learning through play and exploration. There are NO strict time frames.

7:00-7:59 Before care
8:00-8:30 Open exploration
8:30-8:50 Breakfast/bottles
8:20-9:00 Diaper checks
9:00-9:15 Morning group/music & movement
9:15-9:50 Open exploration/planned activities
9:50-10:00 Handwashing
10:00-10:20 Morning snack/bottles
10:15-10:45 Diaper checks/open exploration
10:45-11:15 Outside/buggy ride/walk
11:15-11:50 Open exploration/planned activities
11:50-12:00 Handwashing
12:00-12:30 Lunch/bottles/diaper checks/toothbrushing
12:30-2:45 Rest time
2:45-3:00 Handwashing/diaper checks
3:00-3:20 Snack/bottles
3:15-4:30 Open exploration/planned activities
4:30-5:30 Aftercare

Notes:

• All activities are adjusted for developmentally appropriateness depending on age and development.
• Routines are consistent but time frames are flexible.
• Outside time at least once per day but we aim to go out twice.
• Diapers are checked every hour and changed as needed.
