Additional Resources

Some UM-Flint students may benefit from different ways of seeking mental health support. We encourage students to take advantage of these additional resources available 24/7.

Free, Confidential Mental Health Check-in

UM-Flint has partnered with Aiberry to provide free, confidential mental health check-ins—quick, research-backed tools designed to help you understand how you’re doing and what kind of support might help.

What to expect: Brief, anonymous screenings with no sign-in required. Topics include stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and more. You’ll receive links to UM-Flint resources that may be helpful.

These check-ins are not a diagnosis; they’re a chance to reflect and get guidance. Think of it as a quick check-up for your emotional well-being.
