Curriculum Overview
The Cybersecurity Program curriculum puts an emphasis on building relevant experience through project-based learning and competency-based assessments. While developing expertise in cybersecurity, computing, and programming, the coursework simultaneously grounds you in analytical reasoning, effective communication, critical thinking, collaboration, cultural awareness, and self-directed learning. The program encompasses 30 credits of general education, 12 credits of prerequisite courses, and 78 credits of required courses in the tools and advanced frameworks of computing and security — a minimum of 120 credits to graduate.
