We believe everyone deserves respect and opportunity, and our mission is to empower, connect, and support you throughout your college journey, no matter your background.

Our Core Principles

  • Enrichment & Success: We offer experiences that broaden perspectives and boost academic and personal growth, preparing students for life after graduation.

The Center for Gender and Sexuality

At CGS, students will discover a safe space to engage in conversations, foster community, and enhance their understanding of gender and sexuality. Students can develop leadership skills through the Peer Educator Program, access confidential support and resources, and connect with other students at UM-Flint.

Intercultural Center

ICC is a welcoming space for the entire campus, highlighting the needs and experiences of students from all cultures, backgrounds and ethnic groups. Guided by the principles of belonging, advocacy, and education, the ICC hosts and co-sponsors various campus events throughout the year. These events aim to foster dialogue across differences and promote social justice education.

Our Impact

We regularly assess our programs to ensure they meet your needs. We track student success, gather feedback, and adapt to serve you better.
