Quickly earn your bachelor’s and master’s
UM-Flint’s Joint Supply Chain Management (BBA/MS) program is designed for undergraduate students who know they would like to pursue a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management early on in their education. Our BBA/MS joint curriculum gives admitted students the opportunity to earn undergraduate and graduate credits simultaneously, with those credits counting toward both degree requirements.
Students should apply in their junior or senior year of their undergraduate studies. Upon completing their BBA, they will receive that degree and immediately move on to graduate studies, earning their MS upon completing the 21 remaining credits.

Our supply chain management graduate program utilizes a mixed-mode flex modality. The program can be completed 100% online, empowering you to learn at your own pace. While most coursework can be completed asynchronously, you have the option to attend online or in-person synchronous sessions once a month.

The UM-Flint Master of Science in Supply Chain Management program is accredited by AACSB International, the highest accrediting body for business schools worldwide. Only 6% of business schools are accredited by AACSB. In accordance with AACSB, the University of Michigan-Flint subscribes to the highest standards in management education. Admission requirements
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and a minimum GPA of 3.0 in all business courses is required for acceptance into the BBA/MS program.
- The student interested in the BBA/MS program should apply in their junior or senior year.
Applying to the Joint BBA/MS program
Submit an online application below to be considered for admission to the Joint BBA/MS program. Other materials can be emailed to FlintGradOffice@umich.edu or delivered to the Office of Graduate Programs, 251 Thompson Library.
- Application for Graduate Admission
- $55 application fee (non-refundable)
- Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. The Office of Graduate Programs will pull transcripts for University of Michigan-Flint students. Transcripts from other institutions must be sent directly to the school.
- Statement of Purpose: a one-page typed response to the question “What are your career objectives and how will an MS contribute to accomplishing these objectives?”
Application deadlines
- Fall semester early deadline: May 1*
- Fall semester final deadline: Aug. 1
- Winter semester: Dec. 1
- Spring semester: March 15
*You must have a complete application by the early May 1 deadline to guarantee application eligibility for scholarships, grants, and research assistantships.
