The Northbank Center comprises three buildings:
- The South Building (400 N. Saginaw St.)
- The Annex (416 N. Saginaw St.)
- The North Building (432 N. Saginaw St.)
Safety and security
- On-site security Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- High-definition security cameras throughout the building, in the parking ramp, and around the exterior.
- Access control on all external entryways.
- Campus Public Safety Department on call.

- Attached parking ramp with reserved spaces behind the building.
- Guest and visitor parking on Saginaw Street (metered) or $5 per entry in the ramp.

Twelfth Floor Office Suites

History
The Northbank Center is a multi-use facility offering university offices, classrooms, conference space and tenant office space for long-term leasing. Built in 1923 as the headquarters of the Industrial Savings Bank, it has been carefully restored and maintained by UM-Flint since 1999.
