The general business program at the University of Michigan-Flint’s School of Management offers a comprehensive foundation in the essential elements of business. Dual BBA/MBA Degrees

High achieving students will have the opportunity to apply for the joint BBA/MBA program in their junior year. This program will allow students to substitute senior-level BBA major courses with corresponding MBA concentration courses. Students also have the opportunity to waive four MBA foundation courses by earning  B’s or better in the equivalent BBA courses. BBA students in this program could earn their MBA for as few as 24 credits, instead of the traditional 45 credits.


BBA in General Business Curriculum

The general business major provides students a broad business background and great flexibility to choose their course of study. Elective options come from accounting, entrepreneurship, finance, international business, marketing, management, and operations and supply chain management. These options allow students to customize their curriculum based on their career interests and aspirations.
