Fitness Class Schedule
Drop-in fitness classes are free to all current students and rec center members. Due to space limits, we recommend you arrive early to secure your spot in class. The below Winter Semester schedule runs through May 6. All classes take place in the Recreation Center, and you can view class descriptions here.
Monday

Nutrition Counseling

Invest in yourself and receive safe guidance on reaching your health goals with one of our certified nutrition counselors. Sessions are by individual appointment only and available in person or virtually. Counselors can help discuss weight loss, diabetes education, food sensitivities, healthy meal planning, special dietary needs, and more.
