Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

UM-Flint welcomes employees using electric vehicles. We offer one charging station (two parking spaces) on campus for your use. The station is available in the Hubbard Parking Lot located on the corner of Mill Street and Campus Drive.

Requirements:

• Available Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., your vehicle must display a valid UM-Flint parking permit and an UM-Flint EV permit to charge at stations
• An EV permit can be obtained at the DPS Administrative Office
• A Chargepoint Mobile App for your Smartphone is required 
• 4 hour usage limit
• There is no charge/fee to use the electric charging stations
