Notice RE: Parking Fees

For the 2020-2021 Academic Year:

Current employees utilizing payroll deduction have the option to continue or suspend parking fees. Please indicate your preference using this form.

Note: If you choose to continue, you will need to provide a home mailing address on the form in order to receive your 2020 validation sticker. Suspending parking fees invalidates the parking permit.
