Testing Accommodations

We understand that every student has unique needs, and we are here to provide a supportive environment that ensures equal access to academic assessments. Located within the CAPS/DASS Office (264 UCEN), our state-of-the-art testing center is designed to accommodate students with diverse disabilities, providing a comfortable and inclusive testing experience.

Our testing center features nine individual testing rooms, each equipped with a computer and all the necessary tools to ensure a seamless examination process. These private rooms offer a distraction-reduced environment, allowing students to focus solely on their exams without interruptions. We have taken great care to create a quiet and comfortable space that caters specifically to the needs of disabled students.

In the event that all our testing rooms are booked, we have additional overflow space available to accommodate your needs. Rest assured that we strive to accommodate every student and make the necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth testing experience, even during busy periods.

Our highly trained staff is dedicated to assisting students throughout their testing process. From scheduling exams to providing technical support, we are here to address any concerns and make your experience as smooth as possible. Our team is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality and respecting your privacy at all times.

Whether you require accommodations such as extended time, assistive technology, or any other reasonable adjustments, the testing center is fully equipped to meet your needs. We believe that every student should have an equal opportunity to showcase their knowledge and abilities, and our facility is designed to support you every step of the way.

Students approved for accommodations can book a testing room through their Accommodate portal. Detailed instructions on how to do so can be found in our Accommodate Student Guide.

To provide convenience and flexibility, the testing center operates from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you have any questions please contact DASS. We look forward to working with you and ensuring a fair and inclusive testing environment.
