Third-Party Agency Recruiting Policy

Our partnership with Parker Dewey gives employers a unique way to engage with early-career talent through micro-internships—short-term, paid, professional projects that typically take 10 to 40 hours to complete.

These experiences offer a flexible, low-risk way to:

  • Support your team’s workload with on-demand project help
  • Access a diverse pipeline of skilled and motivated students
  • Identify potential interns or future hires
  • Contribute to equitable career development opportunities

Posting a micro-internship is easy, and there’s no cost to your organization to create an account or post projects. Students are paid directly through Parker Dewey, so you can focus on the project, not the paperwork.

Whether you need help with research, writing, data entry, marketing, or other projects, micro-internships are a valuable resource to meet your goals while giving back to the next generation of professionals.
