Requesting Services

To receive services, email your business counselor or complete an intake form.

We recommend using Google Hangouts or Zoom video conferencing platforms. Both services are offered at no cost and you do NOT need to create an account to use Zoom. Staff can communicate with you by audio or video, whichever you prefer.

When you set a meeting time with staff, a Google Hangouts or Zoom invite will be included in the email invitation. Just open the link sent to you or call the conference number listed when it is time for your virtual counseling session.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Nic at ncuster@umich.edu.
