Weekly System and Network Maintenance
Information Technology Services conducts weekly system and network maintenance every Saturday from 12:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. EST. During this time the campus network and campus services could be down or unavailable for usage.
Weekly maintenance and changes are discussed during weekly ITS Change Control meetings every Thursday at 2 p.m. EST.
Weekly Banner Maintenance
The services listed below are normally available 24 hours a day, except for the following regularly-scheduled downtimes:
- Weekly Maintenance – Saturdays, 12:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. EST
- Weekly Banner Backup – Sundays, 3 a.m. – 5:30 a.m. EST
- Quarterly Banner Upgrades – The second Thursday of February, May, August, and November, 7 p.m. – 11 p.m. EST
- Monthly Banner Reporting – The first day of the month, midnight – 3 a.m. EST
During system maintenance, the following services may be unavailable:
- SIS website
- Banner
- Banner 9 Self-Service Applications
- Degree Works
- Banner Reports
- Student Account Center
