- OEL provides a 7-day-a-week help desk dedicated to online learners and faculty
- OEL offers faculty a wide array of free workshops, online training, and one-on-one support.
- The University offers a full complement of online student services, including advising, financial aid and library services, and the Student Veterans Center.

Save the Date!
The Office of Extended Learning, in conjunction with the Thompson Center for Learning and Teaching, announces a peer observation program for online faculty! Similar to the TCLT program for face-to-face courses, the intent is to provide faculty a nonjudgmental format in which to garner formative feedback. Over the course of two all-day sessions-January 26 and February 2-we will explain and practice conducting these observations.
