Conferences & Events serves the campus and community by assisting in planning a successful event. CAE provides support to the customer by reserving the appropriate location, planning, coordinating, and managing the event. Our team provides superior customer service for university and non-university events, including University of Michigan-Flint departments and student organizations. We are committed to nurturing and building partnerships within the campus and community. These partnerships create and sustain community initiatives, programs, and opportunities to engage our students, staff, and faculty.

Contact CAE to schedule university or non-university events on campus. We offer event services for conferences, lectures, workshops, meetings, and special celebrations such as weddings, proms, and other gatherings.

Event Planning for the General Public

Host your personal, business, or special event at UM-Flint. UM-Flint is the perfect setting for special events, conferences, seminars, private & public celebrations, and weddings. UM-Flint faculty, staff, students, and alumni can hold their personal events on campus and receive a discount.
