The University is now using JP Morgan Chase Corporate Quick Pay for the processing of refunds. Students who have refunds pending will receive an email/text from Chase. Students are NOT required to have an account through Chase Bank, and will have the opportunity to set up electronic refunds or request a check. Students can verify the refund amount by logging in to SIS, going to their Student Account, and viewing their account activity. Please be sure your mobile phone number and address are up to date in SIS for timely and accurate processing.

**Due to COVID-19 or similar exigent circumstances, 2020-21 Tuition and Fees apply regardless of the method of instruction, including in the event instruction occurs remotely or in alternative formats for any part of the academic year.**

Please remember if you would like to discuss your account in detail, request an appointment via email at flint.cashiers@umich.edu.  This way the appropriate person can set up a meeting based on the student's issues.
