Last August, the U-M Interim Policy on Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct and its related procedures went into effect for all campuses. This was in response to the updated Title IX regulations released by the U.S. Department of Education in May 2020.

Annual Reports

Starting in the 2018-2019 academic year, the university began issuing an Annual Report to the university community providing an overview of the number and nature of reports of Prohibited Conduct received during the preceding fiscal year. Prior to then, the university issued a biennial report. The reports also provide the community with an overview of response efforts.
