Health and Well-being Community

The University of Michigan highlights Eight Dimensions of Well-Being. The Health and Well-being community engages residential students in each dimension. It promotes an environment tailored to helping students manage, maintain, reflect on, define, and make positive decisions regarding their overall well-being. The eight dimensions include: physical, emotional/mental, environmental, financial, occupational, social, intellectual, and spiritual. If you are interested in any of these topics or you are interested in working on your health and well-being as you transition to a new environment, we highly encourage you to join this community.
Advantages of joining the Health and Well-being Community:
- Participate in fun, holistic wellness programs and events.
- Access to wellness resources that provide support for academic success and personal development.
- Enhance leadership skills and network with other students with a shared enthusiasm for health and well-being.
