Student Authorization Collection

What is Student Authorization Collection?

A review of your student account has indicated that you have not completed your Title lV Authorization. The Title lV authorization has two parts. The first allows for current year non-institutional charges such as orientation fees, printing charges, late fees, etc to be paid with your federal financial aid. The second allows for federal financial aid to pay for prior year non-institutional charges.

How to Resolve:

  1. Go to Student Information System.
  2. If you have not completed the Student Authorization Collection, a box labeled Action Item Processing will appear. Select Continue.
  3. Then select Student Authorizations, you will be directed to answer three questions pertaining to Current and Prior Year Charges and Electronic Communications Authorization. 
  4. Once the questions are completed, you will be able to proceed.
