Who can use the online application?

The online application is to be used by applicants applying to a specific graduate program for the first time. Students who have already been admitted to a UM-Flint graduate program and enrolled for courses in previous semesters but have not attended for more than one year since last enrolled need to apply for readmission using a paper readmission application. Applicants who wish to apply as a graduate Lifelong Learning or guest graduate student cannot use the online application; please click the appropriate link for application information.

Application Fee

Submission of the online application requires payment of a $55 application fee by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). Specific credit card information will be required after completing the application. To pay the fee using a money order or a check drawn on a U.S. bank (we do not accept foreign checks), you must print and complete a paper application and mail the application and fee payment to the University of Michigan-Flint Office of Graduate Programs. The application fee is nonrefundable and cannot be credited toward tuition or any other fees.
