Become an “Element of Success!”

Helping students succeed is at the core of UM-Flint. Join our “Elements of Success” campaign and show your commitment to student achievement. As part of the Murchie Science Building’s expansion, UM-Flint installed a large periodic table of elements in a prominent public space within the building. Each of the 118 elements will feature a donor(s) who champions student success at the university. Choose your element today to be part of this unique display of support.

Why should I become an “Element of Success?”

UM-Flint is expanding and improving MSB to provide greater student/faculty learning experiences by creating state-of-the-art labs and student spaces. Our “Elements of Success” campaign will enhance aspects of the expansion by supporting student research experiences; student clubs, organizations, and competitions; K-12 outreach activities; tutoring and other academic supports; and equipment purchases for research and laboratories.

How do I become an “Element of Success?”

You can be part of the MSB expansion by contributing a gift of at least $1,000. To have your name appear on our display, simply click on one of the elements below and follow the prompts.
