Leadership Theme Community

Leadership Learning Community logo

The Leadership Community is focused on helping students connect with their peers, make friends, learn about the University of Michigan-Flint community, and build a personal definition of leadership. Through co-curricular experiences, students will discuss real-world applications of how leadership can create positive change. This community is supported by partnering with the Office of Dean of Students Leadership Programs.

  • Build confidence, friendships, and a sense of purpose as you start your leadership journey.
  • Participate in service projects within the greater Flint community.
  • Build leadership and transferable skills to prepare for your future.
  • Engage in intentional activities delivered by ODOS, including: retreats, fun programs and off-campus excursions.
