Fitness Classes
Drop-in group fitness classes are free to all students and current rec center members. This schedule runs through August 23, unless otherwise noted. All classes take place in the Recreation Center. You can view class descriptions here and check for any cancellations here.

Nutrition Counseling
$25/session | Interest Form
Invest in yourself and receive safe guidance on reaching your health goals with one of our certified nutrition counselors. Sessions are by individual appointment only and are available in person or virtually. Counselors can help discuss weight loss, diabetes education, food sensitivities, healthy meal planning, special dietary needs, and more.
