Fitness Class Schedule

Drop-in fitness classes are free to all current students and rec center members. Due to space limits, we recommend you arrive early to secure your spot in class. The below Summer Semester schedule runs through August 24. All classes take place in the Recreation Center, except Aqua Fitness this summer, and you can view class descriptions here.

Monday

  • Gentle Yoga, 12:15 – 1 p.m., Maria, Room 11
  • U-Fit, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m., Kara, U-Fit Room

Tuesday

  • Aqua Fitness, 11 a.m. – Noon, Rose, *New location: IHF Pool*
  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), 5:30 – 6 p.m., Melanie, U-Fit Room
  • Total Body Mobility, Melanie, 6 – 6:30 p.m., Melanie, U-Fit Room

Wednesday

Nutrition Counseling

$25/session | Interest Form

Invest in yourself and receive safe guidance on reaching your health goals with one of our certified nutrition counselors.  Sessions are by individual appointment only and available in person or virtually.  Counselors can help discuss weight loss, diabetes education, food sensitivities, healthy meal planning, special dietary needs, and more.
