Prepare for Registration Frequently Asked Questions
In the Prepare for Registration application, students can view their registration status before registration begins for a selected term.
Students can view their:
- Student Status
- Academic Standing
- Holds that exist on their account
- Registration Information
- Earned Hours
- Class Standing
- Curriculum
If there is a green check next to the status, you can register for the selected term.
If a red circle with an explanation mark appears, you must resolve these items before registering for the selected term.
The table below informs you of which department to contact if you see the message “You have holds which prevent registration” based on your hold.

If an override has been issued for a course, this information will display on this page.
