U-Fit

Join U-Fit and challenge yourself with the “Work Out of the Day (WOD)” or set a “PR” for total number of pull ups performed!

U-Fit is a core strengthening and conditioning program that uses functional movements designed to prepare a person for life contingencies through extremely varied and challenging workouts.  It improves cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.  Participants perform multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges that are always changing to keep participants motivated.  Each day the workout will test a different part of functional strength and conditioning.  U-Fit classes are designed to be universally modified, making it the perfect program for the committed individual regardless of experience.  U-Fit classes are taught by certified Coaches.

UM-Flint U-Fit classes are taught by "Coaches" who hold a Level 1 certified-trainer certificate in CrossFit. click here for the class schedule.

Participants must have an Unlimited Fitness Card* and complete the Pre-Activity Screening to gain access to classes. Classes are limited to the first 16 participants.
