Committee Membership

The Campus Parking and Traffic Advisory Committee advises the University of Michigan-Flint on policies, planning, and day-to-day considerations that affect parking and traffic across campus. Bringing together Public Safety, ITS, Facilities & Operations, Event & Building Services, the Northbank Center, faculty, and student representatives, the committee reviews needs, shares feedback on projects, and supports a safe, accessible, and efficient experience for all Wolverines.

The Director of Public Safety chairs the Campus Parking and Traffic Advisory Committee. Membership includes staff representation from departments that work with parking generally, such as DPS, Information Technology Services, Conference & Events, Housing & Residential Life, the Northbank Center, and Facilities and Operations. The committee also includes faculty and student representative(s) who will serve as liaisons between the committee and their respective groups. The Committee Chair invites guests/consultants to assist with the work as necessary.
