English Proficiency Test Exempt Countries
Citizens of the countries listed below may be exempt from the University of Michigan-Flint’s English proficiency test requirement for undergraduate applicants.
Regardless of an applicant’s country of citizenship, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Office of Graduate Programs may require proof of English proficiency if the applicant attended a non-English medium school or is from a region where English is not the primary language.
