Citizens of the countries listed below may be exempt from the University of Michigan-Flint’s English proficiency test requirement for undergraduate applicants:

Regardless of an applicant’s country of citizenship, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions may require proof of English proficiency if the applicant attended a non-English medium school or is from a region where English is the primary language.
